Who we are

Miko BV in oprichting. We are responsible for what happens to your data on this site.

What this site keeps now

Only what you fill in yourself: your email address when you join the waitlist. To keep out abuse we keep a code that changes every day, derived from your IP address with a secret key, never the address itself. Codes older than a day are deleted at the next signup. No cookies, no visitor statistics and no tracker.

Where this draft site lives

This draft site runs on Vercel, which is in our vendor register. Like any web server, Vercel may keep technical data, such as your IP address.

On the waitlist

We keep only your email address, your language, the time you signed up and which version of this text you saw, to tell you when Miko opens. No newsletter and no company other than the ones below. Retention: indefinite for now. You can always ask us to erase it. See where that runs

Your rights

You can always ask which data we hold about you, and have it corrected or erased. If you disagree with us, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Questions

Is there a data processing agreement?

Yes. You accept it before you make the first connection. The text is still being written.

Does the works council need to be involved?

That depends on your company. Miko does not rank employees; the only count per person is “Your questions”.

Which systems can Miko read?

We start with Exact Online. Many more connections follow, including Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Business Central, SAP, Microsoft 365 with SharePoint and Outlook, Gmail, Google Search Console, HubSpot, SURF and note-takers such as Plaud and Pocket. Missing a system? We would like to hear about it when the waitlist opens.

What does the AI cost?

We measure that first with the first companies that use Miko. Only then do we set a price.
